The crew at Morrie's was great! Especially my salesman, Jake. Great guy. Explained everything I needed to know before I even asked the questions. Three months later he's helping me with a problem like I was a brand new customer. He told me before Morrie's prides themselves on taking care of people. Now he's proven it again. I'll definitely buy from Morrie's again.

I bought happy at Morrie's last Friday and I am even happier today after visiting the service department. My used car had a small clip missing when I bought it. Jake, my sales guy was very helpful and gave me a 'we owe you' slip when I bought it promising to repair. Then he helped schedule my appointment right away for the next week. Once arriving today, Jack, my service counter assistant, provided great service and updated me on the progress and wait time. He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I love how they treat you so well, even after they have completed the sale. Thanks to the great team at Morrie's...I truly did Buy Happy!
Overall, we had a great experience dealing with everyone at Morrie's. Everyone was very helpful and willing to work with us. They gave us piece of mind to make us feel comfortable about our purchase. The only downside was that the vehicle we purchased used did need some work, and we knew that before purchasing. We purchased it anyways because the fixes could be done by myself, but if we would have to take it to a shop to be fixed, it would cost a bit of money.
I traded in my vehicle for a different vehicle. Love the new car, satisfied with the trade in value. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Morrie's and Chad Gomsrud, Sales Consultant. Chad is very knowledgeable, professional and personable . I would recommend him to our friends looking to purchase a new vehicle.
