Having a finance/accounting background, our family definitely takes our time when purchasing big ticket items, certainly vehicles. I spent the last 18 months looking at different vehicles at numerous dealerships in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. Second chances are important. My wife and I had purchased cars from Markquart a few years ago and the last time we had come in looking we were not treated as well. Things have really changed and this time our experience was excellent all the way from the receptionist to our sales man Scott Langman. Scott worked hard on both occasions I came in with questions. This was important in helping me make an informed decision without any sales pressure. When we finally decided Scott was right there to help find us the best price on the vehicle we had wanted. He was even willing to order it if they did not have what we needed. The whole process was quick and efficient and handled professionally by Scott and the staff!
We requested a new hitch for our Equinox. Called Marquart’s and they were very helpful, ordered the part immediately and about a week later took it in for the install. The drop-off went very smoothly. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They offered a ride home which was nice. Later at pick-up time Caleb when through the install info. He was great to work with and everyone in the service department was terrific. Quoted price was honored and we were very happy with the outcome. Courtesy wash and vacuum is always appreciated as well. Great doing business with them!

He always has a big smile on his face, makes me feel welcome and comfortable, and guides me through the process nicely. he is very friendly, sociable and kind.
