They were amazing! Have to admit, I had problems trying to find some information I need. But they were very patient and polite! Got me into a wonderful car and really excited to start driving it thanks to the wonderful workers here
Haven't had my vehicle for over a month. Brought it to the shop to get fixed for a rev problem. They fixed it but, also added anti freeze and left me with no gas. It was suppose to only he 65 and it ended up 112 dollars. There was too much oil which I drained because they would charge me an additional 25+ to take out the excess, verified verbally with them that it was fixed. They said the only problem was a radiator leak oil. Which they said was small and I would be able to wait to get it fixed until next paycheck. Then a day after I get it out the shop. My truck lost all power while on hwy 53 and never turned back on. Now they expect me to pay a 600 dollar impound fee for it getting towed off the highway not by choice. Also, they expect to pay my car payment tomorrow on top off the impound fee. Did I mention I have to pay rent also. Which yesterday the 23rd I talked her told her situation and she said all she can do is tow it. But, couldn't tow it for me off the highway. Now expect me ( a guy who makes 10 a hour and my significant other that's makes 9.50) to choose between having a home or a truck. They made us wrote a review before we left with a vehicle. Which seems the same way with the other reviews. I will be going above and hoping to getting the help I should somewhere else!

Updated: We had our "new" vehicle for 16 days before the transmission and radiator went out. Carhop was helpful in towing the vehicle to their repair shop but that is the only help they have been. Today is day 13 of being without the car I had possession of for 16 days. When calling for a status update I'm referred to the shop and get the run around. I have been told multiple times that it will be done 'hopefully' tomorrow with no specific timeframe. I have purchased two vehicles (this being the second) from carhop and until now had nothing bad to say about them. They are unwilling to compensate us for being without a vehicle for such an extended amount of time even knowing that we needed the vehicle as our primary mode of transportation. I have had to continue to pay for alternate transportation as we still haven't received a definitive time of when our vehicle will be fixed. We were originally told we would have the vehicle late last week, then it was Monday which then turned to Tuesday and as of today they said, yet again, the vehicle should be done tomorrow (Wednesday). I have never had a vehicle repair take as long as this has taken and for the companies to show no empathy or understanding of the difficulties this has caused us.
