What a lovely place to overnight in! Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared. From major things - clean carpets, comfy bed - to little touches like the usb charging ports at the night stands, we were very happy. The pool wasn't over chlorinated (think it was salt, actually) and the breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated the staff and ease of access to rooms. Don't hesitate to stay here for a very satisfying and not-too-expensive visit.

Great place to stay when visiting Chippewa Falls. Rooms are clean, modern and up to date. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast bar has a decent variety. WiFi is free.
Love this hotel enough to sign up for a Carlson Club Membership. Very clean from our king room to the lobby to the pool and the dining room. The jacuzzi tub and pool are crystal clear. We will never settle fo less again. Very reasonable rates. Super friendly staff. A hot main breakfast every morning with a daily menu at the front desk. Also has hot oatmeal with all the toppings, yogurt with granola, waffles, fresh fruit salad, juices, bagels...etc. Hot teas. Great coffee and has stevia as a sugar alternative. You can have a healthy breakfast here. Really can't say enough. Thanks for the great stay!
Front desk was very nice able to check in early. Room is very nice and clean. Pool area is nice with hot tub. Staff is warm and silly.
