First off we got a lot for our money with a water park and our puppy was able to stay for free. The staff did an incredible job trying to fix our door lock twice when it failed. They also had the pack-n-play installed and ready to go when we arrived for a late check-in. Overall we were pleasantly surprised by the service, and the incredible water park!
Prices for rooms are reasonable, pool area is great, breakfast is decent. Drawbacks are the rooms are a bit smallish and dated. The fiberglass bathtub felt spongy in areas and i was worried about falling through. Had a stopped up bathroom sink and maintenance man was there in about 5 minutes - had it fixed just 5 minutes later. Excellent service! Staff is friendly!
This place was nice for the kids the had a small water slide. We stayed in a king Jacuzzi suite and the price wasnt bad. The service was nice the employees friendly. We were able to stay using cash without a card so that was awesome. They have a great continental breakfast with hot options. The only bad thing was when we moved around the furniture you could tell that it had not been cleaned very well.
Great staff. We got a room there and the heater is out. We called front desk and the quickly came and checked it out. The staff couldn't get it to work and we were place in a different room. Great friendly service.
My daughter attended a birthday party there & it was great. The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful & courteous. I'm very pleased with what I experienced.
