I had attempted to contact them several times to discuss my issues with their facilities, and didn't receive any response to my feedback until I wrote a negative review on facebook. Still not a place I enjoy going, but I'm stuck in a contract. To top it all off, the expiration date on my credit card changed, so now I'm being charged a $25 fee because their first attempt to collect payment didn't go through. I highly recommend you consider other options instead of Highland Fitness.
Great place to workout with 3 locations. Friendly, Knowledgeable staff and personal trainers. Lots to offer. Best bang for you buck.
