Yogi Nikki was such a good teacher! I didn't feel confident to practice yoga by myself until after I practiced here for a month, under Nikki's calm, helpful and knowledgeable eyes. When my posture was in a potentially harmful position (I could feel it was wrong but didn't know what to do to fix it) she came over and helped me get into proper alignment, and it didn't hurt that she liked to teach me why. It was a helpful discussion for me in my practice. She was so good she didn't even break the flow of her class while helping me out, we all got right back into the swing afterword, with me playing safer and more comfortably.
I would recommend anyone in the area to go here.
She has a good calming energizing flow to her classes. I can tell she puts a lot of thought into planning out the sequences and it all feels so natural on the floor. It doesn't hurt that i've studied up on yoga asanas before attending, but it did hurt before I had a good teacher to guide my movement. :) I practice daily, Nikki helped me learn to listen to myself.
