We as new puppy owners chose Riverview as our vet. Being first time puppy owners the staff at Riverview has been so helpful and comforting throughout our whole process. They explain everything from immunizations, to suggested procedures even small things as food intake for a new puppy- things that first time pet owners dont think about! I feel confident knowing my dog is up to date on everything and well taken care of at Riverview.
I am very impressed with this clinic! We showed up a few minutes early for our appointment and we were brought back immediately. The vet herself and her technicians were very friendly and helpful. They were also very caring and gentle when handling my dog, talking to him while doing procedures so he would stay calm. The staff is very friendly and professional. I normally bring my animals to a different clinic but I will definitely be bringing my furry babies here from now on!!
The Doctor and techs are second to none. They have a genuine heart and concern for all of our furries. They understand that our pets are family and treat them with such love. I recommend all of my friends and family to come to them.
I recently moved from Minnesota to Chippewa Falls. After searching Google for a trusted vet for continuing care for my two cats, I chose Riverview because the reviews were so fantastic. I made an appointment for this afternoon because of a recurring problem on the back of Max's left leg. Without going into too many details, glands were expressed (which my previous vet had never done, much to my consternation, after discovering this should have been taken care of previously) and a two week antibiotic shot along with a steroid were administered. I can't say enough about the friendliness of the staff and the care, knowledge and professionalism displayed by the vet. I also felt the costs for Max's treatment were very reasonable. Riverview is definitely the place I will entrust my kitties health and care to. 5 stars!
