If you have to deliver a package to a residence, and it requires a signature. Deliver the package. Dont 'assume' no one is home. CHECK!!!! I have been waiting for over a week now for my package,.... and I plan I throwing a fuss tomorrow!
This post office is awful. They actually managed to lose two of my packages within the same week! The first one was delivered to a different street and I had to go track down the carrier who had my package on him but did not attempt to deliver it to my address. i even paid extra for fast shipping which was a waste since I didn't get it on time. Now I have another package that was supposedly delivered 2 days ago but I didn't get it. The carriers for this location are terrible, and usps needs to hire people who aren't idiots and will do their job right.
Cool you want to get done with your day, cool you want to go home. My block is near the end of the shift...... Deliver it first!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come snow or shine right?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
It's the USPS! What's not to love? Rarely, busy, at this location and a very friendly and helpful staff.
Mail Carrier had delivered my package to the wrong address (one house off). I had called this facility and the woman I spoke with was friendly and helpful. She notified my carrier and my package was retrieved and delivered in 15 minutes. She was apologetic and friendly.
I go a few times a week - Wonderful staff! My favorite post office to go to. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Quick in and out trip compared to Eau Claire. Two sets of in/out doors. (Location wise, I wish it had better parking, and it does not seem to be very handicap/elderly friendly depending on physical limitations. Long, winding ramp that enters IN the loading dock, etc, but they do keep it shoveled and "salted".)
