I cannot believe the way the Walmart in Hallie is manage. It's always something they are out of. You would think if a certian item is being sold out all the time that you would order enough the next time. I can give a couple of examples McCormik Galic pepper has been out for 4 weeks now, then there is the Simply cottage cheese. And let me mention the deli. I stand there and wait for service and no one is there to help. There can be 3 people in back working, and it seems like whatever they are doing is all they are going to do. Terrible customer service. I thought the customer comes first, without the customer there is no point in doing the other jobs.
Went to the delight and the lady was so rude, what do you need, didn't even walk to us yelled across to where we were standing. Handed us our lunch meat and when we didn't walk away she said what else. We told her we wanted some cheese for the deal they were having she told the other lady and walked away. I'm going to lunch. Other lady hqnd3d us our cheese and started to walk away, my husband asked if it was going to ring up at the register for the sale price. She told him we needed to say that before ordering. Huffed and puffed and said I guess I'll take care of it.This is one of the worst places to shop. No customer service, I'm sorry that I come to the place that you WORK at to pay your bills and inconvenience you to actually do some work to get that pay check. Maybe if Walmart hired quality instead of quantity ( come in Tuesdays for open interviews, hiring on the spot) they would have better reviews.
