I work for a local hotel, and the folks at Novelty do our guests laundry and dry cleaning. I have always heard great things from our guests about their service, so I decided to have my suit dry cleaned there. What was a spotty mess with mustard stains, cat hair and who knows what else, my suit came back that day IMMACULATE. Seriously, these guys KNOW THEIR CLEANING. Reasonable prices, and quick service is awesome, but their cleaning expertise is SPECTACULAR!
I brought in the dirtiest pair of white pants from walking in mud from a storm. I'm not sure that they will come clean, but the owner was so nice and offered to do everything she could to get them clean. Helpfulness and being kind is so rare these days that it doesn't matter if they can be fixed. I will be back for any further dry cleaning needs!
