After the insurance company came to do an inspection, they sent us a cancelation letter because they do not cover wood stoves, and our auto insurance went through the roof. Mower neglected to contact us with any information even after we asked for follow ups and documentation.
They told us our wood stove would be covered and advised that we'd save money if we combine our auto policy with home owners, our auto policy was fine but we trusted they were advising appropriately and didn't see any proof not to.
They obviously don't care about ruining a person's well being. They have done nothing (literally) but cause us more expenses and headaches than anyone should ever have to endure.
We have 3 businesses and our personal insurance here. VERY happy with Tim Mower as the agent. He's always available and seems to have thought things thru very well. Saved us A LOT over our previous agent. He did not just do a "blanket" policy, he thought about our needs. Great follow up and attention to detail.
WORST AGENTS EVER! STAY AWAY!

Now we can't get good insurance with either because Mower gave wrongful advice that ruined our reputation for insurance. We were forced to cancel everything because of the price and they couldn't find us anything as good as what we originally had. And that resulted in another bill from the insurance agent that no one told us we'd get.
When I called TIM MOWER (Owner) - he refused to admit they had done anything wrongful and REFUSED to make it right. He avoids all calls and e-mails regarding our issues. DONT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING!!!
I usually like to praise a company for doing an exceptional job but this company is the worst I've ever had to deal with. Biggest mistake ever to work with them.
I will recommend Mower Insurance all day long. I especially will refer anyone to Tyler as he has been a rock star for customer service. He is quick to answer emails and has been thorough in all of the explanation of benefits whenever I have questions. He even gives himself reminders to check for lower rates on policies when they are up for renewal. When I first started working with him a year ago he was able to find auto and home coverage cheaper than what I was paying. Highly recommend!
