They have a nice selection, but their lumber prices are insane. I needed two boards to finish up a project. What would have cost me less than $5 at Menards was over $8 here and I don't feel like the grade of lumber was any better. I'm sure they have good contractor pricing, but I won't go back if I just need a couple things.
When I need help with a building project, this is the place I go. These guys are the real experts, way more knowledgeable than the almost experts you find in the big boxes in town.

We worked with Arrow through the entire building of our house and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Even during the stressful times, they were always there to support us. Tom 'Deacon' is absolutely amazing to work with. He made multiple trips up to the worksite and was always willing to drop what he was doing if we needed something. The quality of the products and excellent service are second to none. We have, and will continue to recommend them very highly to as many people as possible.
Prices here allow people to not have to drive out to Menards and unlike other businesses in Chippewa Falls they do not mark up the prices with handy access as an excuse to drive up $. The guy in the office is a dick sometimes and they dont like special ordering things but with a bit of sifting through the crabbiness they will. Hardware is lacking but lumber selection is as good as Menards .
