They had to come back at least 4 times to fix retaining,wall and garden path that they told me they knew how to do double charged me on a tiered planter that they did totally wrong the first time and it collapsed because there was no footing under it so they came back to tear it apart to do it right the second time the way I wanted had to come back to fix the caps on the retaining wall that were not in line or curved right and had to be glued down still working on the garden pathway that they told me they knew how not happy with this company
So from day one these guys were on point. We met George, who spent a ton of time with us helping to cultivate our project into exactly what worked with our vision and budget. When the time came to plan out the project, Trevor was great at keeping us in the loop and running details by us. We were so grateful for their transparency regarding cost and time. The crews showed up and were so good at what they did. We were impressed with the professionalism, respect of our family and property, as well as the final result was beautiful. We have an older home on the East hill that needed a lot of love and we are so happy with the finished product. We also had a concrete patio put in place of an old wooden deck. Best choice I've ever made. That crew as well... On point, professional, and turned out beautiful results.
We talked with other contractors about their estimates and they were not surprised. Had stories of their own. Other estimates were around half as much and included everything.
Unfortunately the estimate was crazy high. I told him we couldn't spend over $40k. The estimate was $39k and didn't include anywhere near what we wanted estimated. And it wasn't itemized like I asked.
