The third picture is of the result. It looks a bit cobbled together to me, with mismatched candles, and everything else in somewhat of a lump. Far short of my expectations of a premium ($87.50) piece based on the web photo.

The pictured small bouquet and vase were delivered and left on the porch. My daughter texted a picture with a "Thank you" note. Imagine my surprise.

I used Christensen's a number of years ago and was not pleased with their product. I am an ardent supporter of small business though, so based on current, positive reviews, I tried them again this year. I placed a telephone order for the "Gather Round Centerpiece" as depicted in this photo from the Christensen website. I paid for the "premium" version. The piece was to be delivered to my daughter for her Christmas table.
My husband and I have ordered a couple times from a few states away and the whole process has been great! We enjoy the follow-up of the confirmation email of delivery! The free delivery was a perk and we added the extra money to up-grade our floral arrangement. Will continue to be our choice florist shop for the Chippewa Falls area! I called Christensen's and spoke with the manager (Nikki), inquiring if there had been a mistake... perhaps delivery mix-up... surely those were not the flowers I ordered. Nikki advised that no, there was no mistake. However, she expressed that she was not familiar with the "Gather Round Centerpiece" product. After Nikki and an assistant looked up the illustration on their website, she offered to remake the order and effect an exchange.
