Not only did they damage the teeth they worked on 6 months ago, they are now ignoring me as I wait in their lobby for "emergency services". I'm going on my third hour waiting.

I have never had a worse dental experience than this! I broke a filling off and tried to get into the dentist by going down there for the "same day appointment/emergency dental care". I got there right when they opened only for them to tell me they were full. So the soonest appointment they can get me is for Thursday. So I go in Thursday during work. Thankfully I had someone cover me. I have to show up 15 minutes early so I can sit and do nothing. I sit there for 25 minutes. With drive time that would have been my the only break I get during work. Finally I get called they look at my tooth. They give me novacane a way I've never done before. Then they leave while I'm supposed to get numb they come back after a long time. My tooth isn't numb so they give me the shot which is they way I've had it done every other time. But it still doesn't work and he tells me that I either have to call someone to come get me so they can put me under or I can just work through the pain. So I have to work through the pain because at that point I needed to be back at work in 15 minutes. So I work through the pain and went right back to work. Did everything I could not to cry, but at least it was finally over right? Nope two days later it falls out. So I call again on Monday and tell them it fell out. And they tell me well our next available appointment is not this Friday but next Friday at 10. So pretty much 2 weeks. So that Friday is approaching I don't have that day off. So I need to find someone to cover me again. I found out on Monday that I have the Friday after the Friday I'm supposed to go in off and I took some time off for after thanksgiving so maybe I could schedule it then. Nope that Friday is booked and the dentist doesn't want you to wait that long because this is serious and besides we don't schedule them out that far anyways. Then she starts to rattle off other days that I work like Tuesday at 9 or Wednesday at 2. So I just tell her no I'll keep my Friday one. Then she get all snippy with me saying well I'm trying to help. I don't understand why they think people can just drop everything. I can't believe how I willing they are to work with me so I don't lose my job because of their mistake. Please don't go here. I would not be go here but unfortunately this is the only place my insurance covers. If you are in the same boat as me I am so very sorry.

Great place! They have emergency service in the AM! Plus they are always able to attempt.to help no matter where you are finamcially etc!

Went there this morning to get a dental issue checked as I currently don't have dental insurance. I called yesterday to check/verify how everything works. If you're going there to do the walk-in business (which, if you've got an issue and no insurance sounds like your only option) you HAVE to be there to check in at 7:30. It says they open at 8, but that's when appointments start, so if you're needing to do the emergency/walk-in, get there at 7:30 if not slightly earlier. It was gross this morning, but I waited by the door so I'd be the first in after reading the other reviews. We were still concerned that we'd still have to wait a long time, but we got our financial consult really quick and I was back to get x-rays by a few minutes after 8. It turned out that my issue didn't need any real drilling/filling, so we ended up getting out of there after only an hour. Obviously the last people who checked in would be there for longer- possibly a lot longer- but everybody that we talked to was really nice, and they warned me about the wait on the phone and when we got there. They basically work you in between other appointments, so it's not like a wait would be surprising. If I have another issue before we get our insurance coverage back I would definitely go back again.

If you have badgercare and have a serious emergency, my suggestion is to get a personal loan and pay for the help you need at a better facility. The only reason I'm still here is due to my lack of credit to go with my own suggestion. I've taken 1200 mg if ibuprofen and at least thats helped the pain while sitting in this lobby for 3+ hours, easily longer after I post this. I've never felt lower on the food chain..
