Coming from someone who does most of his maintenance and repairs himself, schedule here first, and take advantage of the added value and location. It's right next to a grocery store, hardware store, and many local eateries in Downtown Chippewa.

Pricing is always competitive on standard services and will be similar no matter where you go; but they provided the best value by taking the time to help diagnose a vibration they didn't make money on - which other service shops would want to throw parts at to make money on rather than problem-solving with knowledge from experience.
I have an old car, which naturally means a lot of its parts are wearing out. I've taken it to Martell for just about every repair/part replacement over the past year or so, and they have always been informative with their diagnostics, more than fair with their pricing (especially labor charges), and have never pushed me to make any unnecessary repairs. They've earned my business by doing quality work at reasonable prices.
