I always have a great time when I go out to The View. Excellent food, service, and absolutely perfect view! If you have never been out to Lake Wissota this is a MUST stop place to check out. I also love how they rent out kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, and a pedal boat. This place always keeps me busy when I have a day/night to enjoy with my friends & family. I also noticed that they have a banquet and buffet bar that you can rent out for parties etc. along with the AWESOME rooftop patio overlooking the lake. We stopped out for the Bloody Mary bar over the weekend and it was delicious!!! I would rate this place 10 stars if it would let me.
The owner of this bar doesnt really seem to know what hes doing. This bar should be packed almost every night and it isnt. The staff is hit or miss and is usually a bunch of young people who act like they would be anywhere else but where they are. The only saving grace is that the food is great.
Very nice on the inside great looking however I had to wait forever for a drink and my husband just gave up and came and sat back down cause the bartender just ignored him..... unless you knew her then she would help you right away.... no impressed after everyone said it was so nice I would disagree
Nice place with a great view of the lake. There was only one waitress and one bartender working on a somewhat busy night. What seemed to be the owner yelling and swearing at the bartender and waitress making the waitress cry the rest of her shift and seemed to be very intoxicated and demanded shots/drinks from the bartender. Both girls were running their butts off and were very nice and he didn't help them just sat and cussed at them. Was very uncomfortable to witness and felt bad for the employees. Food took awhile but was good. Not sure how anyone works there or how they have good business with the owner.
Went to the View and as always really good food and service. The top deck overlooking the water was awesome. My food came out on time and very good. Next day came in for the Bloody Mary bar. Had a great time. The owner is veteran and always friendly with a smile
